To prepare an order, which you will then FAX or MAIL to us, simply use our shopping cart feature.

1. Browse to a title that you wish to purchase.
   
2. Click "Add To Cart"
   
3. When finished, complete the order form online by clicking on the Checkout feature
   
4. Total due will be calculated. You can pay by credit card by filling out the appropriate form, send a check, or be invoiced by giving us a purchase order number.
   
5. 7% sales tax ( for non-exempt sales to IOWA only) will be added if appropriate
   
6. Shipping will be by UPS or USPS as appropriate. Postage due will be added on according to the following chart:

   $6.50 or orders up to $50.00
   $8.50 on orders from $51-$100
   $12.50 on orders from $101 - $300
   $15.50 or orders over $300.
   
   HI and AK add 50% premium to postage
